Where is Arternoon based?
We are a UK based design studio. Every product we offer is concepted and designed in the United Kingdom with a focus on professional integrity and modern portability.

What is the CanvaRing system?
It is the world’s first archival vault system designed for frame-free painting. We have re-engineered the professional canvas to remove the physical weight of the frame and the financial weight of the price tag. It allows you to paint, store, and display your work in one slim, portable vault.
Is the canvas real or is it paper?
Every Canva-Punch refill is professional 380gsm Linen-Cotton hybrid canvas. It is triple-primed, acid-free, and heavyweight studio grade. It provides the same professional tooth and surface integrity as a traditional stretched frame. It is absolutely not paper.
How many paintings can I store in the Vault?
The CanvaRing is designed to hold ten pro-grade canvases comfortably. This creates a high-density archive that protects your collection while keeping your latest work on display through the clear acrylic cover.
Can I use any canvas in the CanvaRing?
The system is engineered exclusively for Canva-Punch refills. These sheets are precision-punched to fit the vault architecture perfectly and ensure your paintings remain flat and secure.
What paints can I use on the Linen-Hybrid surface
Our 380-LH surface is optimized for professional oils, acrylics, and mixed media. The triple-base coating ensures zero seepage and maximum pigment grip.

Are your art prints archival quality?
Yes. We curate our prints with the same attention to detail as our art supplies. Every piece is designed to be a window of colour and calm that lasts for years without fading.
Do the prints come with frames?
Our prints are sold unframed to give you the freedom to choose a style that fits your unique sanctuary. They are designed to sit comfortably in standard UK frame sizes.
Shipping and Returns
Do we ship internationally?
We ship internationally! We offer International Shipping to many regions via Royal Mail. We are generally able to ship to many international locations. You should see the available shipping options to your country as you go through checkout. However, this is subject to change at any time and for any reason. If we are unable to ship to your country, we will promptly cancel your order and issue a refund.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. You will be required to pay them to receive your package. Arternoon is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the buyer and importer.
What is your return policy?
We want to make sure you're completely happy with your purchase from Arternoon. That's why we offer a 15-day return policy from the date you received your order (excluding shipping costs) if you change your mind. We kindly request that items are returned in their original condition and packaging, including any protective tube/box, to ensure your return is processed efficiently. Please note that if the returned items don't meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return. We understand that returns and exchanges can be a hassle, but we're here to help make the process as smooth as possible.
