The Kai Tak project is all about a new chapter of living. It is located at the former runway and airport and is an important icon of prosperous Hong Kong. We want to show that this is a new chapter of a new iconic landmark that’s leading Hong Kong to a new frontier. This is a runway found nowhere else, and people can live on the most secluded part here, a private island like a sanctuary and like the most trendy and exclusive islands of the world, yet still close to the vibrancy of a metropolis.
